TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE MODALITIES

Customer service is personalized and in accordance with client needs. It can be on site, over the counter or through a periodic maintenance or rental contract, specific for each client.
 
> Over the Counter Service
The client must send the equipment directly to the factory or to the nearest authorized service provider, where a maintenance price quote will be elaborated, at no cost and without commitment, within an average period of 48 hours.

> Onsite Customer Service
Equipment maintenance is carried out on site, where it is installed. If immediate maintenance is not possible, the equipment may be removed and taken to the laboratory. If similar equipment is available, it may be offered to the client to be used while the maintenance work is performed on the original equipment.
 
> Corrective and Preventive Maintenance or Rental Contract
These are maintenance contracts signed for pre-established periods and may include already mentioned services, as well as others, such as back-up machines in the event of lengthy repairs.
